The Management
Our company is headed by experienced stalwarts in the field, and their knowledge and skills have steered the company in the right direction, driving growth and excellence every step of the way. The well-structured system that the company mandates enables us to meet milestone after milestone.
The company is headed by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Al Ghas, the owner. With 40+ years of experience and considerable vision and vigor, his ideas have been the phenomenal force behind the monumental success of the company. Working with the sound principles of honesty and hard work, he has been responsible for formulating several strategies and actions that resulted in the growth of the company.
The daily operations of the company are managed by Mr. Vasanth Shetty, the Executive Manager. His intelligence and quick decision-making skills have enabled the company to adapt to the changing market demands and successfully meet and address the growing demand without a hitch. We have a total number of 700 employees as permanent staff.

COMPANY PROFILE
Arabian Extrusions Factory (AREXCO) is situated in Umm Al Quwain (50 KM North of Dubai) United Arab Emirates and was established in the year 2022 by founder Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Alghas.
Arexco is a leader in the production of aluminium extruded profiles with over 20 year’s history. The plant incorporates the entire downstream production cycle from design, die manufacturing, extrusions, anodizing, powder coating, wood finish and thermal-break system.
Having started our business with a capacity of 3600 tonne per annum using single 900 metric ton press,
Arexco has since invested huge amount in equipment modernization, new plants and machinery, sustainable manufacturing process, focusing on the reduction of carbon emissions and improved recycling rates. The extensive investment program involved major capacity expansion in main production like extrusions and powder coating and anodizing, and wood coat sublimation process. The present capacity is 48,000 tonne of extrusions, 20,000 MT of powder coating and 6000 MT of anodizing. Apart from this, AREXCO has invested huge amount on upgradation of in-house die manufacturing facility. The current capacity is about 2400 dies, including new design and back-up dies.
Arexco has a strong presence in the UAE, GCC, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia, Philippine, Singapore, USA, Canada, U.K. and Europe Markets, serving the Building and Construction, Automotive, Transportation, Engineering and Distributions sectors. Arexco Products are exported to more than 30 countries.
Arexco is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ENMS 619985, IATF 16949, Qualanod, Qualicoat, Emirates Quality and it is strongly engaged in programmes effectively addressing the issue of environmental protection, waste reduction and resource efficiency. Continuous investment in modern and state of the art technologies and equipment guarantees product improvement, skill development and sustainable development of the company.
Arexco has a total strength of 650 employees including administration, Engineers, Technicals and other skilled and non-skilled workforce.
Arexco is recipient of Dubai Quality Award for the year 2022 in the manufacturing sector awarded + by Dubai Government ( Economic Development Department).
Some noteworthy points in our history
AREXCO achieved record production, to begin with 300 Tonnes in the year 2005 to the current capacity of 4000 MT per month. This is a tremendous achievement in the last 15 years. AREXCO can produce small profiles of 0.80mm thickness, and big profiles of up to 10mm thickness with the width of 500 mm CCD. The latest inclusion in our collection of extrusion presses is the 11” container-size press, wherein we are capable of extruding up to 500 mm CCD. This shows the special skills of our team of die manufacturing and production.
Achievements and Certifications
Notable quality achievements include ISO 9001:2015 from BSI Management Systems, Qualicoat, Qualinod, and Super Durable certification in powder coating. We have also received an IATF certificate for manufacturing profiles for the automotive industry. Our thermal break sliding and hinged series has passed Thomas Bell Wright testing, while our non-thermal break sliding and hinged series as well as our thermal break curtain wall has been successfully tested with Al Futtaim Bodycote.

Creating Solutions ( In-House Technologies)
Aluminium profile make it possible for designers to create unique shapes that satisfy any customer’s Expectations. The main characteristics of aluminium- good corrosion resistance, light weight, good conductivity will play and essential part in the development of new shapes for various applications. Arexco has invested heavily over the years to develop design and manufacture high quality extrusion dies in house. With over 20 years of experience in extrusion production, Arexco has the capability and experience to create custom made solutions according to the needs and expectations of each client. Arexco has over 40,000 dies of different shapes and annual capacity is about 2400 new dies.
Quality through technology and expertise
Offering high level of quality to our customers is an essential part of Arexco’s primary objective. With precision and care we monitor every parameter of the production process – from the quality of the raw materials to each and every stage of the finished products. Arexco has been certified to international standards and we follow all extrusion parameters as per EN series, ASTM series and DIN series Our laboratories are equipped with latest testing equipment’s viz. Ascona profiles measuring systems, mechanical properties testing equipment, hardness testing and other dimension measuring equipments, surface treatment testing equipments etc Our qualified technicians are fully knowledgeable to carry out examination of profiles at the press mouth as well as at later stage of production to ensure products compliance.
