While our standard coating is 12 – 15 microns, we can perform special Anodizing applications up to 25 microns as per customer demand. We can Anodize Aluminum Extrusion Profiles up to a maximum of 6.5 meters in length. And we can also easily manage a monthly volume of 200 tons. These will then be polished in our polishing line with 3 polishing machines. We have an experienced team of technical experts and chemists who quality-check the process from the beginning till the end. Our Anodisation plants are integrated with the latest technologies in automation and monitoring to do the quality checking and our team optimizes process parameters, tracks production metrics, and assures consistency in quality and efficiency with each production requirement.
