AREXCO was formed in 2002, and has been the leading supplier of premium aluminum products ever since. Committed to excellence, the company has been quite diligent in perfecting the quality of its products and delivering the highest quality service for all its orders. The team at AREXCO works round the clock to deliver the products on time while ensuring rapid, precise, and relevant responses to customer queries and swift order follow-up and delivery.
Our aluminum extrusions suit the requirements of multiple sectors since it is one of the most versatile metals in the world. The global demand bears testimony to the quality of our products, and our insistence on responsibility and accountability only cement is further.
The diligent quality check team at the company ensures quality of the products, right from the selection of materials to the tools and equipments used to manufacture them, and all the way to final packaging, shipping and delivery.The company was built with quality and innovation right from the word go, and the commitment to meet the value requirement is always emphasized. The Management
Our company is headed by experienced stalwarts in the field, and their knowledge and skills have steered the company in the right direction, driving growth and excellence every step of the way. The well-structured system that the company mandates enables us to meet milestone after milestone.
The company is headed by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Al Ghas, the owner. With 40+ years of experience and considerable vision and vigor, his ideas have been the phenomenal force behind the monumental success of the company. Working with the sound principles of honesty and hard work, he has been responsible for formulating several strategies and actions that resulted in the growth of the company.
The daily operations of the company are managed by Mr. Vasanth Shetty, the Executive Manager. His intelligence and quick decision-making skills have enabled the company to adapt to the changing market demands and successfully meet and address the growing demand without a hitch. We have a total number of 700 employees as permanent staff.

The quality of the aluminum extrusion products is ensured through multiple quality check processes that are unique to our company. We adopt the best standards for quality assurance, invest in green initiatives and environment-friendly technologies. We also follow strict strategies of excellence to assure our resoluteness in reducing the carbon footprint. Our team closely watches each step of the extrusion process to ensure they conform to performance criteria and specifications, and that they meet the regulatory and compliance demands of each industry and application they are designed for.
Apart from serving the entirety of the UAE, our products are exported and shipped to several countries including Asia, Vietnam, Africa, America, Australia, Russia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom,The USA, the Middle East, and other GCC countries.
Some noteworthy points in our history
AREXCO achieved record production, to begin with 300 Tonnes in the year 2005 to the current capacity of 4000 MT per month. This is a tremendous achievement in the last 15 years. AREXCO can produce small profiles of 0.80mm thickness, and big profiles of up to 10mm thickness with the width of 500 mm CCD. The latest inclusion in our collection of extrusion presses is the 11” container-size press, wherein we are capable of extruding up to 500 mm CCD. This shows the special skills of our team of die manufacturing and production.
Achievements and Certifications
Notable quality achievements include ISO 9001:2015 from BSI Management Systems, Qualicoat, Qualinod, and Super Durable certification in powder coating. We have also received an IATF certificate for manufacturing profiles for the automotive industry. Our thermal break sliding and hinged series has passed Thomas Bell Wright testing, while our non-thermal break sliding and hinged series as well as our thermal break curtain wall has been successfully tested with Al Futtaim Bodycote.
