AREXCO was the first extrusion company in the U.A.E in 2005 to introduce a facility to manufacture dies & supporting tools in-house. Ever since then, we have increased our manufacturing capability. We can manufacture over 150 dies per month. Our die manufacturing unit is integrated with advanced technologies and customization capabilities to provide customers with high-quality dies that meet their product specifications. We have specific quality assurance policies in place to ensure that the quality of the dies is always up to the mark and according to customer’s requirements.
No matter what the demand is, we have the tools and provisions to shape, cut, or form materials into specific shapes or components. The team of highly skilled professionals includes engineers, toolmakers, and machinists and they keep themselves updated on the latest technologies in die manufacturing and can successfully meet customer specifications to the letter. The team works closely with the clients to understand their requirements and provide design assistance. They also provide recommendations if the customers need them.
Our die design & manufacturing facility includes a range of CAD & CAM-operated CNC Machines including wire-cut EDM, EDM & VMC machines, as well as conventional milling machines & Heat Treatment Furnaces. Our highly qualified team has over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and correction of extrusion dies.
