AREXCO is equipped with 2 state of the art automatic horizontal powder coating lines with “I Control” supplied by Nordson USA. We have two vertical powder coating lines with an annual capacity of 30,000 MT. Our powder coating systems increase the efficiency and productivity of the coating system. With the ‘I Control’ technology, we guarantee control of all the parameters including powder flow rate, gun settings, and curing conditions, thereby leading to faster throughput and reduced cycle times. The ‘I Control’ technology also ensures consistency and uniformity in the coasting applications, and no matter what complexity the components have, we will be able to coat them perfectly and meet customer expectations. We adjust and monitor the key metrics in the coasting process like powder usage, line speed, and cure temperature, to ensure perfect coating with reduced or minimal wastage.
